Project Tag Familiars

The familiars tag refers to the apparition of animals, which are normally considered to be dead by most people, but still interact with the living. Often associated with witches, but not only so.

Popular films associate familiars mostly with black witches (black cats, etc), but many children have ‘imaginary’ animal friends.

What is the difference, if any?
