📚 Potential Benefits:
🌺 Hibiscus

• Supports liver health and metabolic function
• Rich in antioxidants that fight free radicals
• Traditionally used to promote heart health
🍒 Hawthorn Berry

🌱 My Notes:
I love Hibiscus and Hawthorn tea for its vibrant rosé colour and gentle tartness, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. If you want to remove that tartness, a little honey, or cinnamon would do the trick – the latter without the calories for diabetics and weight-watchers (cinnamon also reduces blood-sugar).

Note: While these ingredients are generally safe for most people, check with your healthcare provider if you are on medication or have a health condition ⚠️.
I have asked my cardiologist because I have a pacemaker, and take Warfarin and Statins, and he is happy with these infusions, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that they are good for you too.
