Celebrating International Cat Day with Grrr!

International Cat Day-2025
International Cat Day

It’s International Cat Day – and we’re celebrating with Grrr!

🐾 Cats have slinked their way into our homes and hearts for thousands of years. On this International Cat Day (8th August 2025), we’re giving a paws-up to every whiskered companion who’s curled up on our books, knocked over our tea, and judged our life choices from a windowsill.

Here at Megan Publishing Services, Grrr (our own beloved feline editor-in-chief) has inspired not only affection but a few of our book titles and themes. From supernatural tales with mysterious black cats to cosy mysteries featuring purring sidekicks, cats have clawed their way into our stories.

📚 To mark the occasion, we’re highlighting some feline-flavoured reads – the purr-fect deal for cat lovers.

Whether you’re a lifelong cat owner or just enjoy a well-timed meme, take a moment today to honour your local mouser. Give them a treat, share a story, or just admire their aloof excellence.

And if you’re feeling inspired, drop by our online bookshop to browse stories where cats play a starring rôle – or at least demand one.

Happy International Cat Day!
