If you enjoy a warming, health-promoting drink that also satisfies your chocolate craving 🍫, this energising infusion may become a favourite. It’s simple to prepare and packed with potential health benefits. A delicious and natural infusion for boosting energy and soothing digestion 🌿.

🫖 Ingredients:

 • Cocoa
 • Thai coffee
 • Kaffir lime leaf
 • Mint

🍵 Method:

 1. Add 1–2 teaspoons of cocoa and ground coffee beans, 1-2 lime leaves, and a handful of fresh mint in 1 litre of boiling water.
 2. Steep for a minimum of 5–7 minutes, but as long as you like, then strain and serve hot or cold.

💡 Tip: Serve hot to relax in the evening or chilled over ice for a refreshing boost.

I like this tea because it blends energising and calming herbs that keep me balanced throughout the day, and the lime leaves inject some internal resistance to infection from outside.
